The pediatric check-up takes stock of your child’s health: growth, development and the milestones for their age. It is useful for tracking progress between medical visits, or when a question is on your mind that does not seem to you to justify a doctor’s appointment.

Your nurse measures your child’s height and weight, observes their development and takes time to talk with you about eating, sleep, behaviour and your concerns. It all happens at the child’s pace, in a reassuring setting. She shares her observations and refers you to a doctor if something needs a closer look.
